Twiddle Two Headband 

 I call this head band Twiddle Two because that is what I say when I am knitting the Tw2 pattern.

50gms aran yarn

5mm needles

Abbreviations

Tw2 – knit into the front of second stitch on left needle, then knit into the front of the 1^st stitch and slip both stitches off the needle together.

Cast on 22 stitches (two needle method)

Knit one row

Row 1 – K3* P1 Tw2 * 5 times P1 K3

Row 2 – K3 * K1 P2 * 5 times K4

Row 3 – K3 * P1 K2* 5 times P1 K3

Row 4 – as row 2

Repeat until band measures 52 cms or required length.
